An approved driving instructor (ADI) like ours has the experience, knowledge and training to teach you properly.
Learning safe driving habits from the start will improve the safety of yourself and other road users.
Before you start to drive, you must hold a valid, provisional driving licence. It is important to learn safe driving practice from the beginning because bad habits are hard to break.
Paper driving licences are no longer legal so before lessons can begin I will need to check your driving licence online for penalty points as well as seeing it on the first lesson to check the photo is of you.
You can visit gov.uk/view-driving-licence and generate a code so I can view your licence. It’s important that you don’t use this code yourself to log in and check your licence because it can only be used once and then it expires.
If you take driving lessons without doing this then you and your instructor are both risking being given 6 penaly points and a £300 fine. Many instructors just don’t bother!
You don’t need to send the code in your first email to me but I will ask you for the code once we have the first lesson booked
